Q: Does this service cost Independent Contractors additional fees?
A: Yes, via a small weekly administration fee, plus applicable service fees which through discounts we provide you, our client, do not ultimately impact your bottom line.
Q: Will this program work with my current Contract Carrier Provider?
A: Possibly - Our experienced staff has a list of many “plug in” 3PL providers that fit our model.
Q: Do I need credit?
A: No, as long as you can show steady revenue stream, and meet our pre-qualification requirements.
Packages Questions
Q: Can I rent only a truck with you, but supply my own insurance?
A: Yes - you can but your insurance certificate will have to be approved by our compliance department, and ICSS named as additionally insured.
Q: It looks like all of your packages include the truck. Is it possible to just utilize ICSS to help me obtain insurance?
A: No - All of the bundles are designed to keep everyone involved protected, including you. We are not an insurance broker. However, if all you need is insurance, see the "Contact Us" page as we might be able to recommend an agent that you could deal with directly.
Individual Services Questions
Q: If I use your services to secure my MC/DOT and UCR, will anyone help me with any FMCSA audits?
A: If you use our one time offering service for your MC/DOT and UCR, it does not come with continued support. It does however come with initial support. Initial support includes items such as but not limited to, MCS150 filings, education on how to calculate and archive HOS (Hours of Service) logs, medicals, DOT regulations applicable to your operation, etc-.
Q: If I elect to utilize your services to help me secure a corporation, how would I know what type of corporation would best suit me?
A: This service provided also comes with an initial consultation from one of our experts to help educate you and help you make a well-informed decision in this process.
